Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is valid only towards new and unused purchases made at If you purchased a product at a retail store or from another online site and are interested in returning the product, please contact the store or online site for their return policy.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase from, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days of the purchase date in new and unused condition with the original packaging, packing slip and order number. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns/exchanges.  We recommend a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery of your products to complete the return/exchange.

After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect. To process a replacement for a defect, please provide your order number and description of the defect.
